Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Season Kit, the fantasy football analytics service operated by RapidFire Fantasy (“RapidFire Fantasy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at theseasonkit.com, including the website, the web application, and the Draft Coach Chrome extension (together, the “Service”).

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a season pass, installing the Draft Coach extension, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Season Kit is a fantasy football analytics product. It analyzes fantasy league data that you import, including rosters, draft history, and league settings, and provides tools such as keeper analysis, trade analysis, start/sit guidance, and a live draft assistant. Some analysis features are powered by artificial intelligence, as described in Section 8.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence if that age is higher, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You register with an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

The Season Kit is sold as a seasonal pass: an individual pass priced at $24.99 per season, and a league pass priced at $149.99 per season. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future seasons. There is no free trial.

• Payment.Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms.
• Season term. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a season pass is a one-time purchase that covers access for the stated fantasy football season and does not renew automatically.
• Refunds. All purchases are final. Once season access has been granted, payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we choose to issue one at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
• Taxes. Prices may not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where required.

6. League Data and Platform Credentials

To import your league, you provide credentials or authorization for your fantasy platform account, such as ESPN session cookies supplied through the Draft Coach extension flow or your Sleeper account identifiers. By providing them, you represent that you are authorized to access the league data in question and that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with the platform. Stored platform credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect a league or request deletion of stored credentials as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. The Draft Coach Extension

The Draft Coach Chrome extension, when you install and enable it, reads draft pages on sleeper.com and espn.com in order to power live draft assistance. The extension communicates only with theseasonkit.com. You may uninstall the extension at any time through your browser.

8. AI Features

Some features process your league rules text and roster data through Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis. AI-generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for the decisions you make in your league; the Service informs those decisions, it does not make them for you, and nothing is ever applied to your league automatically.

9. Entertainment and Informational Use Only

The Service provides fantasy football analysis for entertainment and informational purposes. It is not gambling advice, betting advice, or financial advice. The Service does not offer, facilitate, or accept wagering of any kind. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any laws governing fantasy sports or contests in your jurisdiction.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law or any third party's rights;
• provide platform credentials for accounts or leagues you are not authorized to access;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service, or access it by automated means other than the features we provide;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service;
• resell, sublicense, or share your account or season pass beyond what your plan permits;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Service, probe for vulnerabilities, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• use the Service to develop a competing product or to train machine learning models.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, analysis models, text, and branding, is owned by RapidFire Fantasy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use during your season of access. You retain your rights in the league data you import; you grant us a license to host, process, and display that data as needed to provide the Service to you.

12. Third-Party Platforms

The Season Kit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, the National Football League, or any NFL team or player. All platform names, league names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Fantasy platforms can change their sites and APIs at any time, which may affect features that depend on them; we are not responsible for those platforms or for your accounts on them.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT PROJECTIONS OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE, OR THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL IMPROVE YOUR FANTASY RESULTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPIDFIRE FANTASY AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR FANTASY LEAGUE OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RapidFire Fantasy harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third party's rights, including providing platform credentials you were not authorized to use.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11 through 15 and 18) will survive.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and take reasonable steps to notify you, such as email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.

19. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RapidFire Fantasy regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
