Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RapidFire Fantasy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use The Season Kit at theseasonkit.com, including the web application and the Draft Coach Chrome extension (together, the “Service”). We are based in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information. Your email address and a password, used to create and secure your account.
- League data you import. Rosters, draft history, and league settings from your fantasy platform (ESPN or Sleeper), imported at your direction.
- Platform credentials. Credentials you provide to connect your fantasy platform, such as ESPN session cookies supplied through the Draft Coach extension flow or your Sleeper account identifiers. These are encrypted at rest.
- Usage analytics. Records of the in-product decisions and actions you take, such as the analyses you run, used to operate and improve the Service.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction records (such as what you purchased and when) but we do not store your full card details.
2. How We Use Information
- to provide, operate, and secure the Service;
- to run the analysis features you request, including keeper, trade, start/sit, and draft analysis on your imported league data;
- to process payments and manage your season access;
- to communicate with you about your account, purchases, and changes to the Service or our policies;
- to understand how the product is used and improve it;
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing
Some features send your league rules text and roster data to Anthropic's Claude API to generate analysis. This processing happens when you use those features. Anthropic acts as a processor for this data and handles it under its commercial data-use terms. We do not send your password or payment details to Anthropic.
4. Service Providers
We share information only with the service providers that run the Service, and only as needed to provide it:
- Supabase hosts our database and provides authentication, including storage of your account email and imported league data.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Anthropic processes league rules text and roster data for AI analysis features, as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information until updated. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
5. The Draft Coach Extension
When you install the Draft Coach Chrome extension, it reads draft pages on sleeper.com and espn.com to power live draft assistance. It communicates only with theseasonkit.com. The ESPN connection flow uses the extension to supply your ESPN session cookies to the Service, where they are encrypted at rest. The extension does not read pages on other sites and does not send your data anywhere other than theseasonkit.com. You can uninstall it at any time through your browser.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in the United States with our hosting provider, Supabase. We protect it with measures that include encrypted connections, encryption of stored platform credentials at rest, and access controls that limit data access to your own account. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
7. Data Retention
We keep your account information and imported league data for as long as your account exists, so that returning users keep their history across seasons. Stored platform credentials are kept only while your league connection is active. Transaction records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You can access and update your account information in the product. You can disconnect an imported league, which removes the stored platform credentials for it. You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We honor these requests regardless of where you live, including rights provided under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9. Children
The Service is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and take reasonable steps to notify you, such as email or an in-product notice.
11. Contact
Questions or requests about your data can be sent to [SUPPORT EMAIL].
